SpeedPro Imaging Towson is looking for a dependable full-time Customer Service Representative with pre-production and graphic design skills who is a driven multi-tasker with a great attitude, strong work ethic and great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries Respond to new inquiries by determining the customer's needs, providing recommendations and creating quotes in our order management system Convert quotes into orders by gaining customer acceptance and accurately entering order details into our order management system Prepare customer artwork for output and provide graphic design services as necessary Invoice customers, process payments, handle accounts receivables, and run daily close outs Assist Production Manager with graphics printing and finishing as needed Attend and take part in daily team production meetings Attend and take part in SpeedPro Home Office provided webinars, meetings and trainings Maintain an attractive studio environment (clean, organized and functional)
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking Detail-oriented, accountable, reliable and a strong work ethic Strong communications skills, both verbal and written Basic knowledge of graphic design and printing technology Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and graphics industry knowledge Ability to work with autonomy and make practical decisions independently Additional Compensation:
