Our clients come to rely on them for much of the day-to-day operations and communication, and tend to form connected relationships over the years.

This position's primary duties include comprehensive support to our financial advisors by maintaining client relationships, updating financial models, maintaining accounts and processing financial transactions.
Responsibilities - Client relationship management, service and communication Establish and maintain client accounts Communicate with clients to handle service requests, scheduling and occasionally some handholding Prepare and update financial models and reports Coordinate with our in-house investment management department to coordinate cashiering, trading and performance reporting Update and maintain our detailed CRM Manage project coordination and interaction with custodians and vendors Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and exceptional communication skills.
Attention to detail and organization are integral to success in this role.
The ability to work in a team environment and contribute strategic problem solving skills is crucial.
Experience in the financial services industry is mandatory for this position.
Experience - - 1

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
