The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.
The Office Manager will also be responsible for providing support to the executive team, managing customer inquiries, and providing general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
).
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Organize orientation and training of new employees.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
