The position is responsible for the management of the company's social media accounts and creation of advertisements and other marketing measures.
They will work with the Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Directors, Director of Education, Executive Chef, Executive Directors, and the Owners to bring together different ideas and marketing initiatives under one brand umbrella.
The Brand Manager is a multi-site role, working out of an office in Middle River or Westminster but will be expected to be onsite in Linthicum, Lutherville, Middle River, and Westminster bi-weekly.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Social Media Traveling to Westminster, Lutherville, Linthicum, and Middle River to capture social media content Working with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist to develop social media marketing and advertising campaigns Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities Editing and posting content across several social media accounts, including:
Facebook Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin Advertising Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create new advertisements Creating designs for static advertisements Capturing content and editing video advertisements for social media marketing Internal Marketing Overseeing employee uniforms:
making sure there is enough inventory and ordering more when necessary Ordering special staff uniform pieces periodically Organizing staff gifts for Christmas and CNA Appreciation Week Keeping track of the staff leadership's work anniversaries and birthdays and ordering gifts for those occasions Organizing a yearly outing for staff leadership Editing videos and creating content to help reinforce Inspiration's mission and Core Values Working with The Director of Education and Training to upkeep and print Onboarding Workbooks and other training materials Marketing Support:
Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements Printing and assembling marketing material for tours and in-person marketing, including brochures, trifolds, move-in materials, and educational handouts Designing flyers and advertisements for events Creating quarterly newsletters using content captured each quarter and sending them out to staff Managing Mail Chimp for the owners and directors, and utilizing it as a tool for marketing Writing blog posts for the company blog and LinkedIn Onsite Branding:
Working with the Directors to print unit signs for new move-ins Upkeeping the nutritional boards for new move ins by communicating with the Executive Chef Improving the appearance of shadow boxes by decorating them for empty units and making them appealing for tours Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite within a server-based environment, and online applications.
Experience using a design software such as Canva or Illustrator to create graphics, newsletters, advertisements, flyers, ect.
Experience in Lightroom and Photoshop Experience in Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of current social media trends Ability to write blog posts Comfortable communicating and working with people at all levels and with senior residents in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, design, or a related field OR 4 years of related experience in the field of marketing Physical Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
