This is a part time position working about 13 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
The shift hours are either 12:
30pm to 7:
30pm or 1:
00pm to 4:
30pm.
The Activity Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of activity programs which enrich the lives of residents.
The Activity Assistant will assist the Activity Coordinator with the planning and production of the monthly calendar, newsletter, daily postings and publicity for programs.
This position also entails assisting with the set up and break down of special functions within the community to include decorating, moving chairs and furniture to accommodate the activity.
The Activity Assistant will also work with the Director of Life Enrichment to design and implement the fitness programs in Assisted Living.
Background check, physical and drug screen is required for employment.
