THIS JOB IS PART TIME - 15 HOURS PER WEEK.
PART TIME.
Responsibilities Drafting Letters of Representation to Insurance Companies.
Manage a personal injury file from intake through case closure.
Draft and negotiate lien reductions with insurance companies.
Draft and send demand packages.
Communicate with clients.
Answer telephone and manage attorney's calendar.
Drafting, filing, and serving motions, motions for discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other pleadings as needed Drafting motions, responses, and discovery responses Managing discovery in a timely manner while adhering to the firm's policies and procedures Maintaining confidentiality of client information Preparing documents for submission to clients and counsel Preparing briefs and witness statements for clients Preparing pleadings for motions, petitions, and other proceedings before the courts Preparing briefs for trials and hearings before the state supreme court, appellate courts, or federal district courts Preparing trial maps and exhibits as needed by the court or agency This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm with competitive pay and benefits.
