Medical Malpractice Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Applicant should have experience in formatting and filing pleadings in all Maryland counties and federal courts, including experience with PACER and MDEC.
Job responsibilities include significant typing from dictation, drafting discovery and pleadings, client contact, scheduling, medical record and bill ordering and organization, filing, and some phone responsibilities.
