Sante is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Manager to work in our Urgent Care Center as part of the BCCRS management team.
Responsible for the daily operation of the Urgent Care Center, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services , and supervising all related program staff.
What you'll Do:
Establishes and monitors UCC Center work schedules and ensures all shifts are covered per contract requirements.
Provides training and monitoring of all UCC staff Provides on going consultation and clinical oversight for UCC clinicians Ensures accurate, thorough and timely documentation Available 24/7 as an on-call supervisor Daily review of open cases and consultation on difficult cases Provides supervision and trainings of UCC Therapists In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures implementation Develops and provides community trainings when requested Participates in Community Boards and Committees as needed Works with the BCCRS management team to ensure system wide service delivery Assists with record releases per client/agency request Assists in hiring process/interviewing of employment candidates Audits cases per standard operating procedures Checks work e-mail according to agency protocol Participates in and complete all required trainings Other duties as assigned What You'll Get:

What We Require:
Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC) Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
