Senior Product Manager 1
Bill Me Later, Inc., a PayPal company seeks, Senior Product Manager 1 in Timonium, Maryland.
Job Duties:
Own the product and solution set assigned and make all important decisions about those products in a way that promotes business goals. Work very closely with various business units and technology teams, to ensure products are designed and developed to deliver the business and customer needs. Create, maintain, prioritize and sequence the product backlog according to business value. Understand and communicate the customer requirements by engaging with business stakeholders, data architects, technology leads, and development teams. Develop stories based on requirements obtained from business and groom them with sufficient detail so that development team can start working on the requirements. Conduct appropriate business research to fully understand the business requirements of a given desired solution. Provide stories for estimation meetings and attend those meetings to provide context for the stories. Ensure communication with the rest of the business which informs on development and projects status and initiatives. Inspect the product progress at the end of every project and have complete authority to accept or reject the work done. Collaborate with the team and align with the stakeholders throughout the entire release process. Demonstrate increasing understanding of the business side of the payments industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, or closely quantitative discipline and one (1) years of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience as a systems analyst or marketing analytics or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a systems analyst or in marketing analytics.

Experience must include the following:
Business/Marketing Analytics; Report Development; Database management; Forecasting; Product Research; Strategic Marketing; Product Launch Planning; Staff Training; Product Deployment and Pricing. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
