- Experience writing SOP docs for business processes
- Able to articulate basic concepts of the business unit for which the SOP is being written
- Basic understanding of process maps and being able to interpret into SOP document
- Nice to have: B.S. or higher in EE, CS, or equivalent

- Work closely with various stakeholders/teams to create and review your deliverables
- Stay aware of industry trends and best practices, to enhance and evolve our documentation process
- Be a self-starter, able to take a project and run with it
Manage time and projects effectively, juggling multiple projects and deliverables
Assignment:
- The candidates will be working with credit business to create SOP documents based off of existing process maps
Top Requirements:
1. Excellent written/verbal skills
2. Need to understand business processes
Preferred:
- Solid grammar
Day to day:
- Working with BU and/or my team, dissecting process maps, writing process documents. This is a customer facing role
Previous preferred background or industry
Experience:
- Prior SOP experience
