HRBP

Description HR Business partner within the Pall facilities in Timonium, Maryland under the direction of the Director Human Resources to support and drive the site HR agenda.  Essential Job Functions:  Supports the administration various human resources plans, systems and procedures for Timonium personnel in accordance with corporate guidelines. Informs employees of changes in human resources policies. Counsels with employees on human resources policies and personal problems. Determines solutions and makes appropriate adjustments to complaints received. Drives recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees in partnership with talent acquisition team; conducts new-employee orientations. Monitors career and succession planning initiatives, including guiding managers with performance management initiatives. Manage local internship program and college relations. Drive site diversity and equal employment opportunity initiatives in accordance with the AAP goals. Provides employee relations counseling, provides guidance and support to supervisors and managers and assures fair and equitable treatment throughout the organization. Monitors trends and escalates issues to the HR/LR Manager. Stays current with changes to federal and state employment laws. Leads and supports various ad hoc human resources projects and prepares a variety of reports; including P4G/D4G, annual engagement survey rollout and action planning, annual open enrollment, etc. Assists in the delivery of training programs based on identified workforce development opportunities. Assists in pursuing grant opportunities. Assists in the preparation for and may participate as a representative of the company in collective bargaining, contract negotiations, contract administration, and grievances.  Assists in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to deliver results. Act as an agent for incremental change and sustainment.  May lead HR kaizens and will actively participate in facility continuous improvement events. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of Human Resource and/or Labor Relations experience At least 1 yearexperience in Manufacturing facility required  Preferred Requirements: Master's Degree preferred 7+ years of Human Resource and/or Labor Relations experience Position Competencies:  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and consultative skills. Ability to analyze data and extrapolate for benefit of senior management. Hands-on learner that will be proactive with the driving the Human Resources agenda; flexible to be supporting the leadership team one minute and on the assembly floor the next. Maintains a working relationship with the office and bargaining unit based on trust and mutual respect. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
