PayPal Credit Merchant Product Manager PayPal Credit products play a vital role in fulfilling PayPal's mission to democratize financial services. Within the Credit team, we are striving to reimagine our credit products to provide fair, fast and flexible products that responsibly enable our Customers to meet their financial goals. We are seeking a high-performing product manager to be part of the PayPal Credit Merchant Product group. As a product manager in the PayPal Credit group, you should be a self-starter, and have the ability to influence a cross-functional team across the organization.  You will define product strategy working closely with business stakeholders, customers and architects. As part of the team's charter, you will be responsible for solving customer problems, and ensuring that the product design align with the overall strategy and goals of the PayPal Credit business. Roles and Responsibilities: Product owner for Consumer Credit merchant products Define product scope/ strategy, capabilities, KPI's Create and own product requirements, in the form of user stories.  Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization to ensure delivery of value to the business Data driven approach (customer and user feedback, SWOT analysis and competitive analysis) to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. identify product gaps, generate new ideas, influence investment decisions to improve product capabilities Lead product domain strategy, quarterly roadmap and commitment to the business stakeholders Work with engineering to craft and own long-term business architecture (LTA) with 3 year outlook Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams Influence business to rethink product requirements based to result in best outcome for customers Owns and manage product commitments and outcomes to the business Work with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and compare with competitive product offerings in the market while developing product requirements Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in product management, ideally in ecommerce, online retail, digital payments, or consumer credit; Passion for customer focused design and market leading user experience Proven experience in setting product strategy and leading execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives Ability to develop tight partnerships with critical partners across cross-functional teams: design, engineering, and core product teams Experience leading and working with technology teams hands-on doing technical product management working with APIs, services. Proven experience working with industry standard project management concepts, such as Agile methodology Extensive use of applying analytics to design, including ownership of experimentation platforms/plans and extensive application of quant/qual research methods Strong communication and influencing skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a business discipline We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
