VP, Digital Products and Implementation

Role Summary/Purpose: Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, PayPal - this role will be responsible for evolving the digital servicing platform for the PayPal portfolio. The VP of Digital Products & Implementations will help design and implement new features and functionalities to address the changing customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, digital teams and business groups to identify and implement the servicing roadmap and associated tactics to successfully deliver on the business requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in managing the overall servicing roadmap with the product owner, including proactively understanding the customer and the business needs leveraging research and customer trends. Build deep understanding of the PayPal customer and Synchrony digital products to help develop and evolve associated product features Successfully deliver and execute on project plans by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization Assist with the management of the customer journey map that reflects the current and future end-to-end customer interactions across all touchpoints Develop and manage a governance process to drive the business outcomes from the Customer Journey Map and build a repository of capabilities as identified to help guide/influence prioritization of needed capabilities. Partner with the PayPal Agile teams and Business lead to ensure delivery of business and technical enablement across servicing products Conduct analyses required and problem solve with the delivery team on specific delivery, design and strategic issues.  Work with business stakeholders to quickly resolve business design and delivery issues and support/drive escalations where required Monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs to define product success and prioritize future capabilities Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of degree, 7+ years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries 7+years of workexperienceto include: 5 + years of marketing or digital technology experience, preferably in credit card or financial services 4+ years of project management experience with a record of delivering on time and across functions 3+ years of product marketing or customer journey mapping experience Experience working with technical teams within the IT/Agile framework Ability to travel ( 20%) Desired Characteristics: Passion for learning about new technologies and identifying ways to drive innovation Effective at storytelling to communicate and influence all leadership levels Direct product management experience in the financial services industry Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions into the market Strong Analytical skills Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment 1800004182
Salary Range: $85K - $170K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
